Welcome to the start of “the plan of action” which is a community traffic project.

With out sounding like a cheese-ball, this Plan of Action Project is dependant on all members involved. Either as a blog owner or a contributor (someone who just writes, and or comments in the blogs) Our success of cultivating large amounts of new traffic will be dependant on each other.

The following project could be done by ones-self, but would lack virtually every advantage offered in this project. So lets go into this project knowing that we will all contribute equally.

There will be 2 parts to this introduction. 1. for blog owners, and 2. for contributors. Find the section that will apply to you and start from there.

1. Blog Owners

To the left of this post you will notice the “Category” section.

(A)Please start with the rules. If you are starting a NFF (NiteFlirt Friendly) community blog, then read the appropriate rules page. Same to the blog owners who will start a Not-NFF (Not-NiteFlirt Friendly) community blog.

(B)After you have read that page move along to the Blog Setup page and learn what you need to know to get your community blog on the way.

(C)After the basic setup is done and the theme is on your blog and configured, please Join The Directory and add your community blog.

Need more help? Visit The Support Forum!

2. Contributors

Your participation is greatly needed, especially in the early days of these community blogs. Once these blogs get rolling they will be a great resource at your finger tips for good quality targeted traffic… Free!

Please check out the Adult Site Directory page and join as a member to each of the blogs. A good idea would be to start a post on a relevant topic for that specific blog. If the blog is already rolling, you may want to leave comments to the blog posts. Usually, leaving comments on all posts is what you will want to do.

DONT FORGET!!! You should ALWAYS add your url during the signup process. When joining a NFF community blog, be sure your website url is NFF (NiteFlirt Friendly) With the Not-NFF community blogs, you would be free to leave whatever url.

Since you will be commenting to as many posts as you can, this means your URL will be viewed many many times just by default! Thats good news!

Thats all.

Thanks!

Setting Up A Community Blog

These are the instructions for setting up your community blog on wordpress.

The Theme

This one of the most important parts of your community blog. Theres a few very specific functions needed, and with out theme your community blog wont function nearly as smooth as with these functions. With that said, I have the magic theme! And although you may not like its design/colours… It does the job 100% with no issues!

Install “Magasin Uno 1.0″ theme into your wordpress blog and activate it. You can download the theme from these places Here & Here

Customizing The Theme

1 - (a)Go to widgets, and make “recent comments” the 1st option in your widget list bar. (b) Change the recent comments setting to allow the maximum amount of comments to show. This is done right on the recent comments box in the widget area. (c) Then add whatever ells you want there, but also add a Blogroll. So you can add the links of the other blog owners.

2 – Pages. You will need several pages. 1. a page for the men (chat with girls) and on that page tell them what they get for joining, and provide the link for them to join. 2. a page for the girls. Tell them how they can promote their websites and chat with guys looking for what their offering by joining. Provide the same join link. 3. & 4 a login and register page. these two pages will require you to get the link REDIRECT plugin so that when you make those 2 pages, when someone clicks on them they dont go to the page, rather are redirected to the register and login page.

3 – Sidebar, The side bar also has a box with advertisements. This cant be changed from your widget area. So you need to go to Appearance – editor – side bar. Locate the spot where the advertisements are. Just replace the links with whatever links you want, and replace the url to point to the graphics you want there.

4 – Index graphic. On the main page there is a big graphic with some text. This is actually a post. You will want to make a category name, and write ONE post to that category name. In Custom fields you will add this “paddimage-gallery” and upload your index graphic through the add image option where you write your posts. Then copy and paste the URL from that area and add it in the custom fields area. Please view your Readme file that came with the wp theme for better instructions on this. (This will serve as part of your blogs design, so you will need to monitor all the posts that you approve and make sure you deselect that category before publishing your members posts. If any other posts get published to that category you will lose that graphic)

This category has to be a certain number… I know my instructions are not 100% clear… please see your readme file from the theme

5 – Other. Okay most of you should be fairly comfortable with wordpress, and should already know where and how to edit your blog name and your seo settings. Dont forget to do those.

6 – Links. go and delete the standard links added in your theme, and begin to add all the links of other community blogs in this traffic project. You can find the links you need to add here. For those in the NF Friendly part of the project be sure your only adding blogs that are NFF (NiteFlirt Friendly) In the descriptions of the sites on that list, the NFF sites should have this (NFF) in their descriptions.

For those in the Adult Community Blog part of the traffic, which is the same thing only not NFF, you will look for the sites who have (Not-NFF) in their descriptions and add all of those links in your blog rolls.

7 – Adding this site to your blog roll. Do add this site to your blog roll. It will serve as a hub for blog owners, and participators. Please add “http://www.pinkpowerproductions.com” to your blog roll using the words “Adult Community Blogs” or “Adult Blogs”

8 – Add your link to this site. Click Here to add your site to the directory so other blog owners can find you, and site visitors can find you as well.

If your doing a NiteFlirt Friendly community blog… at the end of your description please add (NFF) to your site description.

If your site is NOT NFF, and please add (Not-NFF) to the end of your description when adding your site in the directory.

9 – SEOing - Please try to SEO your website so that is specific to the domain/topic, and does not step on the toes of anyone ells you are networking in this project with.

10 – Function Settings. In your blog click settings, and under general – Membership – make sure “anyone can register” is selected. Under that it sets the roles of registered users… make sure you set New User Default Role to Contributor.

Under Settings again, click discussion and make sure you select the following so they are active/enabled. Other Comment Settings – User Must Be Registered To Comment (this should eliminate ALL spam) Then look for Before A Comment Appears – and select An administrator must always approve the comment.

There may be other things selected there too, thats fine leave them.

Need more help? – Visit the forum!

Adult Community Blogs Rules:

This is very different then the NF community blogs. Making community blogs is all about traffic and money. However if you want the benifates participating in this Traffic Project, you should read all the rules on this page and always follow them

If you want to run a NF friendly community blog too please Click Here to see the rules. They are not the same as the rules on this page.

Adult Community Blog Rules:

No Stepping On Toes

There shall not be two of the same community blog niches in this project. (this does not include whatever is going on in the NF Blogs) Please view the taken blog list and be sure when starting a new community blog that you dont start a community blog thats already going.

Out Bound Links

You as the community blog owner, as well your members and participants are free to link to their personal websites/paysites/affiliates/ect.

Your blog members will be the life of your blog, so its best not to treat the blog as if its entirely yours so that only you have the privlege of having links pointing out. Do allow your posters, and commenters to link out after their posts or comments.

Link Trading

All community blog owners should trade links with ALL other community blog owners. This is instant links, circulating traffic between us, and gives everyone a huge equal advatage that would not be possible if we were doing this as individules and not as a group.

You may if you like, and for what ever reason link to a NF friendly community blog, but dont expect a link in return as they can not recipricate.

Be Fair

With a community style blog, it wont take long before you realize how much the success of your community blog depends on other people. This is why its best to have the attitude right from the start that its not just YOUR blog, rather yours and all your community members. So it wouldnt be in your best interest to have your linking, posting, and commenting abilities on such a tight lock down that it only offends those who you really need to make your site grow! If they link out in any way on your site and that link goes somewhere thats NF friendly – just allow it!

The Awesome Benefits $$$

Yes their are plenty of benefits to running a free community blog. In a short time your blog will grow and become busy with lots of great traffic and it will be you who gets to capitalize on those lovely sidebars and pages to promote your affiliates, you, your friends, ect.

So yes at 1st starting your community blog will make you wonder if its worth it, and at times may seem like nothing more than a headache. I guess thats like most new projects. However when the ball begins to roll and you have all kinds of traffic rolling in, you will be glad you decided to run your community blog.

Blog Owner Ethics

Blog owners, sitting back while others post, and leave comments in your blog and you not participating in other peoples blogs will be frowned upon. The reason this will work so well is, we all have a common goal (traffic & affiliate money), and this is a conjoined effort. You should be active in posting comments on other blogs not owned by you.

The reality is, once everyones blogs have traffic, it is traffic you will want too. So it would be silly not to take advantage of everything everyone is trying to accomplish.

Some of these ethics were discussed and agreed upon months before the actual launch of this project. Even as I have formed this project, and will also be a blog owner, dont feel that I should be allowed exemption from anything. With out my instant 15, 20 links Ill get on my blog, and the instant activity Ill get from all the people participating (blog owners & members) Then this will be just one more site you need to work your butt off at trying to get a few links and make popular all on your own.

Linking To This Site

Yes a link to this site is required, It will serve as a hub for blog posters, commenters, and blog owners to find quick access to everything!

Your link should have the text “Adult Community Blogs” or “Adult Community Blog Directory” and link to http://www.pinkpowerproductions.com

This page may, and probably will change often. Please check it often to ensure you are up to date on everything.

Should you have any concerns or rules you feel should be added. Please visit the forums and bring it to the attention of all participating in the NF project and we can decide together if it should be implemented.

Thank you!

NiteFlirt Community Blogs Rules:

The rules are simple, but I insist they are firm and should not be broken in any way as this “traffic Project” is a community effort put forth by many webmasters seeking the same goal. So we must do things fair. This fairness talk will most likely only apply to those participating in generating more traffic via all of our community blogs to the NiteFlirt platform.

If you are NOT going to run a NF friendly blog Please Click Here for “All Other Adult Sites” community blog info.)

NiteFlirt Community Blog Rules:

Out Bound Links

If you are going to run a community blog on the NF side, you must ensure that any traffic/visitors coming to your blog can not go anywhere off any links on your site except to something NiteFlirt related. Such as, your NF group, a member of your communities NF group, NF friendly website, ect.

(This does not mean you should disallow your members the right to post their links, and only allow yourself the privilege of linking out. – Rather as a community blog owner, do your best to ensure that peoples links are pointing to NF friendly sites)

Link Trading

All NF community blog owners should trade links with EVERY other NF friendly community blog.

Even if your community blog is about vanilla phone sex, you should trade with femdom. And vis versa as well. This is about gaining new traffic, and keeping our traffic in niteflirt. As many PSO’s say “the guy is a sissy one day, and jerking off to a DP cam show the next” So yes all of us with NF community blogs will trade with each other.

Under no circumstance will we trade with a community blog that is not 100% NF friendly. This just defeats the whole point.

In a short time your blog will grow and become busy with lots of great traffic and it will be you who gets to capitalize on those lovely sidebars and pages to promote your group, you, your friends, ect.

So yes at 1st starting your community blog will make you wonder if its worth it, and at times may seem like nothing more than a headache. I guess thats like most new projects. However when the ball begins to roll and you have all kinds of traffic rolling in, you will be glad you decided to run your community blog. In addition to bring our much missed traffic back to niteflirt!

Blog Owner Ethics

Blog owners, sitting back while others post, and leave comments in your blog and you not participating in other peoples blogs will be frowned upon. The reason this will work so well is, we all have a common goal, and this is a conjoined effort. You should be active in posting comments on other blogs not owned by you.

So we need each other, and we will all follow a set if rules to ensure, nobody wastes others traffic/work.

NF friendly community blogs will trade links with all other NF friendly community blogs

Blog owners will make a genuine effort to post, or comment to the blogs that are of interest to the type of calls they take. (if you never do fetish calls, but your a blog owner – no I dont think its fair to ask you to waste your time posting in a femdom fetish blog.)

In the NF friendly blog project we should move as one. If one NF community blog starts to link out to websites that are in compitition with niteflirt, which defeats the purpose of this, then we should ALL remove this offending blog from our blog rolls.

Linking To This Site

Yes a link to this site is required, It will serve as a hub for blog posters, commenters, and blog owners to find quick access to everything!
